About moi

This is where I “humblebrag” and tell you that in my more than 15 years experience I’ve worked as a fashion editor for Vogue México & Lationamérica, was editor and reporter for the leading global news provider in Spanish, Agencia EFE, and that I spend some years working as a TV and radio host. My mom insisted I relay that I had the privilege of collaborating with various creative platforms such as Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, República, Yahoo!, Variety and many, many, many other interesting companies.

The not so name dropping part of the story is that one day, I grabbed a pencil and a piece of paper and, since then, I haven’t stopped writing. As far as I can remember, while growing up in Puerto Rico, being a communicator was my calling. Thus began the story of yours truly, a journalist, avid traveler, and lover of international homemade food.

Most importantly I’m Candela’s mother and Bombón’s wife.
